A rain garden for collecting and infiltrating storm water runoff and a bubbling boulder fountain captures the essence of and honors the waters of Las Trampas Creek. Native Bent Grass sod with subsurface drip irrigation replaces traditional turf. Native planting intimately connects the home with the surrounding riparian oak woodland.
